AWC supplies fast, quality tube bending, wire forming and metal services to help you meet your production needs and get your products out to your customers.
Our full range of services this fall includes:
Wire Forming: High quality CNC wire forming and fabrication, up to and including 1 inch diameter, utilizing only the finest CNC Forming equipment.
Tube Bending: We specialize in high quality CNC tube bending and fabrication of materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass.
Laser Cutting: Using Bystronics Laser Technology, we can laser cut precision parts to meet your specifications, resulting in a fast turnaround.
Welded Assembles: Using MOTOMAN 6 axis welding robots and state of the art controls we produce welded assemblies and all types of weldments.
Sheet Metal Fabrication: Using only the finest Accupress, Verson, and Dreis & Krump equipment, we can ensure that your sheet metal parts will be made to perfection.
Powder Coating: Our powder coating is done using an Amiberica Conveyorized 5-Stage Wash System as well as a Nordson Electrostatic Spray Booth.
